Tai Chi For Beginners

But where do you start? My recommendation is to find a class near you and learn from an instructor. You can find classes at your local YMCA, community center, or church. But if those are not convenient, I’ve listed a few videos that will help you learn tai chi.

This teacher has several modules you can follow along with. Plus, the scenery is gorgeous!
